Hybrid training gets you completely set up on a monthly program, allows you to workout on your own, but holds you accountable to get results.

What to Expect: A fun and challenging 6-week full body strength training program designed to keep your running strong. Class emphasizes core strength, stability, single leg strength, and plyometrics for power.
What to Bring: Athletic Apparel, mat or towel, medium weight dumbbells
Cost: $75/person for 6-week class
